Thank you for visiting BCTECH. We are a non-profit organization aimed at providing free computer repair services for those who cannot afford to be charged fifty dollars for someone to plug in a few cables. Currently we are offering computer repair, computer maintenance/tune-up, network setup/troubleshooting, and data recovery services.

Computer repair services are always free unless additional parts must be purchased. In such case, we will try to find the best price and because we are a non-profit organization, the price on the receipt will be the price that you pay, not a dollar more. We can handle most problems and repairs are always completed in a timely manner. We also offer a data recovery service, and because we use open source programs, it is also free. Finally, we have a lot of experience in setting up networks [wired or wireless] so we can help you set up a new network or troubleshoot a problem with an existing one.

We try very hard to keep our services free, but because some tasks (especially data recovery) are very time consuming and we receive no external funds to help maintain our servers, we would greatly appreciated it if you would consider donating a little to offset the cost of those and other expenses. I, the founder, will personally thank you for any contributions.

You will be given a description of the service and some contain a brief disclaimer that you must agree to in order to receive the service. If you feel that our service is right for you, simply navigate to our Support page and fill out the request form to open a new ticket. Be sure that you do not forget any of the required fields and provide a valid e-mail address, for this is what will be used to update you on the status. Your email address will never leave this site and we do not believe in spam. After your ticket has been submitted, our servers will process the email and you should receive an automated response within a few minutes. You will receive an update via email once a technician has acknowledged your ticket; the time will vary depending on the priority that you set.
